Christa St. Cyr is the owner and lead consultant for Greening HR. She has more than a decade of experience both as an external consultant and HR “insider” working with organizations to align their talent practices with business strategy. She creates solutions that enable organizations to recruit, manage, develop and retain the talent needed to achieve business goals – including partnering with clients to implement in a way that engages employees, drives change and builds organizational capability.
One thing that is unique about her approach is the ability to bridge the gap between small and large businesses, creating an information exchange that allows businesses to learn from each other and incorporate and evolve best practices to suit individual needs. Christa believes in “keeping it simple” and minimizing complexity to create high-impact solutions.
In the past, Christa has worked at Cambria Consulting, Thomson Reuters, The American Chamber of Commerce to the European Union and The Boston Consulting Group. In addition, she engaged with UBS and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York for extensive, long-term consulting engagements. Christa holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Northeastern University and did international coursework at Katholieke Universiteit (the Leuven Institute) as well as at The Umbra Institute/ Universita per Stranieri di Perugia.
She recently relocated from New York City to the San Francisco bay area where she enjoys discovering everything her new home has to offer and capturing it all through her ever expanding photography habit.
Christa works with affiliate consultants as needed based on client requirements.
